Return/Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ruth’s Toffee so we guarantee your satisfaction or your money back.  If for any reason you or the recipients are not satisfied, contact us for information about return, replacement, or refund of your money.

We generally ship our orders Priority Mail through the USPS. When you make an order, our policy is to process the order promptly unless you have requested a delayed shipping date.  During busy holiday seasons or for large orders, be aware that extra time may be needed to process and ship your orders.

Please understand that during hot summer weather, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in satisfactory condition unless you select express shipping. However, we offer additional packaging and ice packs for an added $4.00, which will be added to all orders made May through September.

We will ship to FPO, APO, and International addresses, passing along any additional shipping charges to the customer.  We cannot guarantee the speed of delivery or the condition at arrival of candy sent to these addresses.

Please note that although heat melts chocolate, toffee will not melt unless it gets over 300 degrees.  If your purchase arrives wilted and soft, the appearance may be affected but it is not harmful to your health and the chocolate will firm up again when chilled.
